Cash Pricing

Garey Orthopedic Medical Group Physicians offers cash pricing for selected services. Full payment must be made in advance of receiving services. These services are not billable to health insurance. Additionally, these services are not applicable to your deductible. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Office Visits:

New Consult/Problem: $400
Follow Up: $200
New X-ray : $150

Injections:

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP): 3 injection series - $1200, 1 injection - $450
Cortisone: $175
Iovera: $900 1 knee or $1,800 both knees

Casts:

Upper Extremity: $225
Lower Extremity: $275

Fracture Care:

* Includes consult and cast (if required)

No reduction: $500
With reduction: $1000

Alternative Conservative Treatments:

Radial Shockwave Therapy: $750 for 5 sessions

Surgery:

Each case differs. Surgeons choice of surgery will dictate fee. This is surgeons fee only, it does not include facility, anesthesia fees, ancillary services or implants.
